It was suggested to go here for brunch and so glad we did!! We only had to wait around 10 minutes for a table outside on the cute patio. The menu had a large offering of breakfast, lunch, and brunch foods. It has a nice garage door open with a bar right there. Onto the food - first of all, $20 mimosa for the table yes please! We had to get the Brussels sprouts and yes - so glad we did. Also got the steak and eggs with scrambled and avocado toast with sunny side up egg on the side - every bite was perfect. If you’re looking for a spot for breakfast lunch or brunch, this is a the SPOT.

The service was top notch friendly, attentive, and fast. I had the Gilman Pasta with extra protein (blackened chicken breast), and oh my gosh, I can still taste that amazing sauce! Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The whole experience felt warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for more, highly recommend!

Had a delightful and educational Chattanooga Whisky Sour making class! We sat at the bar while our outstanding bartender gave us very detailed instructions on how to make this delicious drink like a bartender. Very fun time for all. Look for the "Candles and Cocktail Crafting" class. Highly recommended and worth every penny!!

The burnt Brussel sprouts and dinner rolls were amazing. I had the trout and it was incredible as well. To top it off the banana bread pudding was out of this world as well.

A beautiful Chattanooga day allowed us to sit outside. Started with a delicious onion soup followed by delightful Ceasar salad and perfectly prepared Calamari. Wonderful spot for lunch and dinner.

We’re so glad to have discovered this restaurant which manages to be relaxed and classy at the same time. The food is delicious & perfectly prepared, and the service is friendly & gracious. We were initially seated near a party with several very loud guests of the shrieking variety. I knew my husband, who is hard of hearing even with hearing aids, would not be able to carry on a conversation, so I requested a change in tables. The host & hostesses were so kind & understanding and found us a new table like it was an everyday occurrence. Fortunately we got the same waiter because Hunter was excellent. He gave us good wine recommendations & did a top notch job. One touch that exemplifies the classiness of this restaurant is that when he cleared off the appetizer, some crumbs were on the table. He promptly pulled out a napkin & removed them. This is such a different ambience than your usual chain restaurant, & we appreciated the attentive service. We will be back!

Had Sunday brunch at Old Gilman and it was awesome! Had the steak hash: 2 eggs, hash browns, steak tips, cheddar, onions, pepper, and hollandaise sauce. The flavors were awesome, and those hash browns were killer! I couldn’t eat it all, and that’s unusual for me. Their bourbon selection is pure fire. Too early for a bourbon, but I was tempted.

A great place to go for dinner. Staff was friendly and service was great. The bacon wrapped dates were a great start. Scottish Salmon was delicious.
